Any actual service quote is binding only once we deliver it in writing for your specific job. Promotional offers (e.g. $69 AC tune-up, free install estimates) are subject to standard exclusions; we'll tell you upfront if your situation falls outside.
5. Service area
We serve Chickamauga, Ooltewah, Dalton, and the surrounding North Georgia and Southeast Tennessee region. Service outside the standard radius may carry a travel charge, which we'll disclose before dispatching.
